Put Your Name, or Others at Beautiful Islander Park

The Cumberland Baseball Association, with the help of the wonderful people and businesses of Cumberland, are proud to announce that new permanent bleachers will soon be part of Islander Park. The project hopes to be complete by November. This wrap-around bleacher structure will include 260 permanent seats along with regular bench seating for 140 more.

The Association is giving you an opportunity to sponsor one or more of these permanent seats by putting your name on a plate that will accompany each of the 260. For $50.00 each, you can put the name of someone as tribute to that person and the wonderful place we call Islander Park.

All proceeds gathered “will be used” to further add to the facility. We are currently looking at putting roofs on the two sides of this new bleacher structure, extending the backstop on the two sides to help capture more foul balls, and further developing the right field berm.

All checks may be made out to the Cumberland Baseball Association. They may be mailed to Mark Fuller at Cumberland High School, 1000 8th Avenue, Cumberland 54829. If you wish to get involved with another of the projects mentioned above, please call or contact Bob Cifaldi, Patty Blaskowski, Cappy, Mark Fuller, or Mary Rogers.
Thank you!
